Once the JupiterMeet plugin is installed and activated in RISE CRM, a video meeting icon becomes available within the chat interface.

The video meeting icon appears in:

• The chat sidebar
• The floating chat window

When a team member clicks the video meeting icon, a personal JupiterMeet meeting link is automatically generated for the logged-in user. This meeting link can then be shared directly within the chat to start a video conversation with another team member.

Each team member uses their own dedicated meeting room, ensuring secure and private video meetings without leaving the RISE CRM environment.
