If you encounter any issues while using the JupiterMeet for WordPress Plugin, review the following points:

  • 404 Error on Sync
Ensure that the API endpoint configured in the plugin matches your JupiterMeet server API path.
Verify that the domain and API routes are correct and accessible.

  • Meetings Not Syncing
Check if the Domain and API Token are correctly configured in the settings.
Ensure your JupiterMeet server is reachable from the browser.

  • Meeting Not Displaying on Page
Ensure the shortcode ID is correct and matches an existing meeting.
Confirm that the meeting URL is properly stored in the system.

  • Iframe Not Loading
The JupiterMeet may be blocking iframe embedding due to security headers (e.g., X-Frame-Options or CSP).
Try opening the meeting URL directly in a browser to verify.

  • Plugin Menu Not Visible
Ensure the plugin is activated from Plugins → Installed Plugins.
Refresh the admin panel if needed.

  • Settings Not Saving
Verify that the form is submitted correctly and the values persist after refreshing the page.
Check user permissions (must have admin access).

  • Changes Not Reflecting on Frontend
Clear browser cache or refresh the page.
If caching plugins are used, clear the site cache as well.

If the issue persists, recheck your configuration settings and API connectivity, or contact the JupiterMeet support team for further assistance.
